JOURNEY TO THE ALCARRIA

Guided tours to Alcarria

This route is designed to meet this beautiful region for several days, visiting some of the points visited by the Nobel Literature Prize, Camilo José Cela, in 1946.

 

I suggest a three-day trip, but if you want to go even deeper, I can give you a more specific itinerary.

DAY 1: Guadalajara capital. Start of the trip.

DAY 2: Brihuega, Torija and Cifuentes.

DAY 3: Pastrana. The ducal villa of the princess of Éboli

During the tour we will be reading passages from the book to see how in some aspects some things have stayed the same and others have improved over time.

 

As I indicated before we can combine this route by visiting other beautiful places of the book such as Trillo, Pareja, Durón, Budia, Tendilla, Córcoles, ... but for this we need at least one or two more days, depending on the time you have.

 

This proposal is planned for the afternoon of the day of arrival, the full day of the second day and the morning of the third day.
